Orange Cranberry Pound Cake
Zesty orange and tart cranberries in every bite!
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
¼ cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
For Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
2️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in orange juice and zest.
4️⃣ Gradually add dry ingredients and fold in cranberries.
5️⃣ Pour into the pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool before glazing.
6️⃣ Mix powdered sugar and orange juice for glaze and drizzle over the cake.
