Cheesy Pizza Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices, quartered
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
1/4 cup melted butter
Cooking spray
Directions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Generously coat a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Prep the Biscuits: Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Add Butter: Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit mixture and gently mix to ensure even coverage.
Fill the Pan: Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
Cool & Invert: Let the bread cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Serve with Sauce: Warm the marinara sauce and serve it on the side for dipping.
