Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

This Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is packed with flavor, featuring a caramelized glaze and perfectly juicy meat. It’s an easy dish that looks and tastes gourmet!

Ingredients:

1–2 pork tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs total)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season and Sear:

Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloins on all sides until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
3. Make the Honey Garlic Glaze:

Reduce the heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Roast the Pork:

Spoon some of the glaze over the tenderloins. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, basting with the glaze halfway through.
Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
5. Rest and Serve:

Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with the remaining glaze and garnish with fresh parsley.
This Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is the perfect balance of sweet and savory, ideal for any dinner table. Serve it with roasted vegetables or fluffy mashed potatoes for a complete meal!
