Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
3. Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for approximately 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them well in the creamy sauce to coat.
9. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley on top. Enjoy your meal!
