Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken with Rice

Ingredients:
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
– 1 cup jasmine rice
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the jasmine rice according to the package instructions. Once done, fluff with a fork and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. This sweet and savory sauce will be the star of your dish!

3. Season the cubed chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and sauté until it turns golden brown and is cooked through. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
