Pancakes with shrimp and grilled cheese
Ingredients (for 4 people):
4 slices of rustic bread or baguette
12 peeled shrimp
150 g grated cheese (parmesan, mozzarella or a mix of grated cheese)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 c. with olive oil soup
1 c. with fresh parsley soup, chopped
Salt and pepper….
A pinch of chilli powder (optional)
Instructions:
Preparing the spreads:
Lightly grill bread slices on a toaster or under the oven grill to keep them crispy.
Cooking the prawns:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Add the minced garlic and bring it back slightly (without burning it).
Add the shrimp, salt, pepper, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until it becomes tender. Take them out of the fire
Assemble the Spreads:
Place the shrimp on toasted bread slices.
Generous parsemez of grated cheese.
Sprinkle a pinch of chilli powder if you like the spicy side.
Gratiner :
Place the spreads under the oven grill for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Finalize:
Fresh parsley parsley before serving.
Serve hot, with a green salad or as an appetizer. Enjoy your meal!
