Garlic Butter Steak Bites in 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
500g (1 lb) rump steak, cut into large cubes
100g (3.5 oz) garlic and parsley butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for serving
Instructions:
Season the Steak: Bring steak to room temperature. Combine with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Massage the seasoning into the steak.
Sear the Steak: Melt garlic butter in a hot cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear for 1 minute per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Work in batches if needed. Set aside.
Cook the Onions: In the same pan, sauté the red onion for 2 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
