Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1️⃣ Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-6 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper.

3️⃣ Cook the Chicken in Sauce:
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, spooning sauce over occasionally.

4️⃣ Serve Hot:
Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
