Slow Cooker Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
– 3-4 lb beef brisket
– 1 cup BBQ sauce
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper on all sides.
2. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Place the seasoned beef brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
4. Mix the BBQ sauce and beef broth together and pour over the brisket.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the brisket is tender.
6. Once cooked, shred the beef brisket with two forks and mix it in with the BBQ sauce.
7. Serve the slow cooker beef brisket with BBQ sauce on a plate or in a sandwich.
