Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Prepare Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to broil (500°F/260°C).
Use kitchen shears to cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell for easy access.
Season the lobster meat with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Broil Lobster Tails:

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Broil for 6-8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve:

Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce over the broiled lobster tails.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes:

Sides to Pair: Serve with mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, or steamed vegetables.
Enhance Flavor: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the sauce for a citrusy kick.
