Grilled Tenderloin Beef Crostini Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Grilled Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Béarnaise Sauce

– 1 pound beef tenderloin
– 1 baguette, sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup Béarnaise sauce
– Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the seasoned beef tenderloin on the grill and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
4. While the beef is grilling, toast the baguette slices on the grill until they turn golden brown.
5. Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes. After resting, slice it thinly.
6. To assemble the crostini, lay a slice of grilled beef tenderloin on each toasted baguette slice.
7. Add a generous dollop of Béarnaise sauce on top, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
8. Serve the crostini immediately and enjoy your delicious creation!
