Blackened Steak and Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

4 filet mignon steaks
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine (or broth)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
