Delicious Brown Sugar Chops
Ingredients:
4 thick pork chops (1 inch)
4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Chops: Arrange the pork chops in an oiled baking pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each chop, then place a pat of butter on each one.
Add Sauces: Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Finish Baking: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the chops are golden brown.
