Cranberry Brie Mozzarella Grilled Sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 slices of bread
– 2 ounces of Brie cheese
– 2 ounces of mozzarella cheese
– ¼ cup of cranberry sauce
– Butter for grilling
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place one slice, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Layer the Brie and mozzarella cheese on the unbuttered side.
3. Spread the cranberry sauce over the cheese layers.
4. Top with the second slice of bread, ensuring the buttered side is facing up.
5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, approximately 3-5 minutes per side.
