BBQ Brisket Cheesesteaks with Provolone

Ingredients:
1 lb shredded brisket, cooked
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced thin

4 hoagie rolls
4 slices provolone cheese
1 tablespoon butter, for toasting the rolls
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
