Roast Turkey Breast
Ingredients:😋
1 (4-6 lb) turkey breast, bone-in or boneless
3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken or turkey broth

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Turkey Breast:
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, sage, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast, including under the skin if possible.
Place in Roasting Pan:
Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Pour the chicken or turkey broth into the bottom of the pan to keep the turkey moist during roasting.
Roast the Turkey:
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the breast. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
Rest and Serve:
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.
