Hearty Meat Lovers Pizza Tortellini

Ingredients:

12 ounces tortellini pasta
1/2 pound sausage
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Sliced pepperoni
24 ounces pizza sauce
Instructions:

Cook the Tortellini:
Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Meats:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook the sausage, ground beef, and diced onion until the meat is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.

Add Flavor:
Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine with Sauce:
Add the pizza sauce to the meat mixture and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix with Pasta:
Gently fold the cooked tortellini into the sauce and meat mixture, ensuring all the pasta is well-coated.

Assemble and Top:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese, chopped bacon, and sliced pepperoni.

Bake:
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
