Stuffed Breadsticks with Philly Cheesesteak Filling

Ingredients:
1 pack of refrigerated pizza dough
300g ribeye steak (thinly sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Heat olive oil in a pan, cook onions and peppers for 5 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook steak strips for 3-5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Once the steak is cooked, add the onion and pepper mixture to the pan and stir.
Place the dough on a baking sheet, layer the cooked steak mixture, and top with shredded cheeses.
Roll the dough around the filling to form a log, then cut into individual sticks.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
