Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

✅ Ingredients:

For the Steak:
2 Ribeye or Sirloin Steaks (8 oz each)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

For the Potatoes:
1 lb Baby Potatoes, halved
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp Butter
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)

✅ Instructions:

Cook the Potatoes:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved potatoes, cut side down, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and fork-tender. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Steak:
Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
In the same skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (or until your desired doneness). Remove and let rest.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Lower the heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add parsley and lemon juice for extra brightness.

Combine:
Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter until fully coated. Serve alongside the steak, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over both.

Serve:
Plate the steak and potatoes together. Garnish with extra parsley for a fresh finish.
