Bacon-Wrapped Maple Glazed Carrots
✅ INGREDIENTS:
Bacon-Wrapped Carrots with Maple Glaze
– 1 lb baby carrots
– 8 slices of bacon
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Olive oil (optional)
✅ INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wrap each baby carrot tightly with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
3. Arrange the bacon-wrapped carrots on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
4. Drizzle maple syrup generously over the wrapped carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the carrots are tender.
