This easy, flavorful foil pack recipe is perfect for a quick dinner or a fun outdoor barbecue. Packed with shrimp, corn, potatoes, and smoky sausage, it’s seasoned to perfection and ready to enjoy with minimal cleanup!

🔸️🔸️Ingredients
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 ears corn, cut into 4 pieces each
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
🔸️🔸️Instructions
1️⃣ Pre-Cook the Potatoes:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until just fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Foil Packs:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (or the oven to 400°F).
Tear off 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12×18 inches).
Divide the potatoes, corn, smoked sausage, and shrimp evenly among the foil sheets.
3️⃣ Season the Ingredients:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the butter mixture over each foil pack, ensuring even coverage.
4️⃣ Seal the Foil Packs:
Fold the long sides of the foil over the ingredients and crimp the edges tightly to seal. Make sure the packs are completely enclosed to retain steam.
5️⃣ Cook the Foil Packs:
For Grilling: Place the packs on the grill and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
For Baking: Place the packs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
6️⃣ Serve and Garnish:
Carefully open the foil packs (watch out for hot steam!).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a burst of brightness.
