Spinach Alfredo Chicken Meatballs Delight

Ingredients:
– 1 cup cooked spinach
– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup Alfredo sauce
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg, beaten
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cooked spinach, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

3. Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.

4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

5. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the Alfredo sauce. Once it’s heated, gently add the meatballs to the sauce, coating them well.
