✅️✅️Sweet and Tangy White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

🔹️🔹️Ingredients:

1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecan halves, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans, making sure everything is well-coated in the white chocolate.
Using a spoon, scoop out small mounds of the mixture and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small clusters.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the white chocolate has fully set.
Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
