✅️✅️Garlic Butter Meatballs with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

🔸️🔸️Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1 lb (450 g) ground beef or pork

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

12 oz (340 g) fettuccine or spaghetti

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

🔸️🔸️Instructions:

1. Make the Meatballs:

In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

🔹️2. Cook the Pasta:

Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain, toss with a bit of olive oil, and set aside.

🔹️3. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet used for the meatballs, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in the broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

🔹️4. Combine Meatballs and Pasta:

Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes.

Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet until well coated in the creamy sauce.

🔹️5. Serve:

Plate the pasta and meatballs, garnished with chopped parsley. Serve warm with extra Parmesan cheese on the side.
