Delicious Cajun Salmon and Shrimp with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter for shrimp
1 tablespoon butter (for sauce)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Pat the salmon dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cooking:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter, then cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Set aside with the salmon.
Final touches:
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, sauté the garlic, then stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and Parmesan. Cook until thickened, then mix in lemon juice and season to taste. Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
