Delicious Cajun Salmon and Shrimp

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Pat the salmon and shrimp dry, then season with Cajun seasoning evenly.
Cooking:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink, then remove and set aside.
Final touches:
Lower the heat and melt butter in the skillet. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add chicken broth or wine, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, season with salt and pepper. Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and warm for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
