✅️✅️Sunny Side Up with a Twist

A simple yet flavorful dish, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

↪️↪️Ingredients:
👉 4 eggs
👉 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
👉 1 brown onion, diced
👉 1 ½ teaspoons ground turmeric
👉 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
👉 Sea salt and black pepper

↪️↪️Instructions:

Sauté the Veggies: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add turmeric and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the Tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened.
Cook the Eggs: Gently crack eggs into the pan, keeping the yolks intact. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
Serve: Serve immediately with crusty bread or Persian flatbread.
