Steak with Shrimp and Garlic Butter Potatoes
Ingredients:
• 2 ribeye steaks
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 lb baby potatoes
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and tender.
2️⃣ Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet, sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness. Let them rest.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
4️⃣ Serve the steaks with shrimp and garlic butter potatoes, drizzling extra butter sauce on top.
