Sizzling Garlic Butter Pork Chops and Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops
2 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 medium potatoes (sliced thin)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic butter.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
For the cheesy potato bake, layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Pour over heavy cream, sprinkle with paprika, and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
Serve the pork chops alongside the cheesy potato bake and garnish with fresh parsley.
