𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐅 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐄𝐒
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
For the gravy:
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
For the gravy, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add beef broth, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve meatloaf with gravy over mashed potatoes for a delicious meal!
