Beef Cream Cheese Crescents
Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 can crescent roll dough
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
– Optional: Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
**Step 1: Cook the Beef:**
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
**Step 2: Add Cream Cheese:**
Once the beef is cooked, reduce the heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
**Step 3: Prepare Crescent Rolls:**
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
**Step 4: Fill the Dough:**
Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
**Step 5: Roll the Crescents:**
Starting from the wide end, carefully roll each crescent dough around the filling, tucking in the edges as you go.
**Step 6: Bake:**
Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
**Step 7: Serve:**
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
