Green beans and bacon potatoes π₯π₯π½οΈ
Ingredients :
1 pound of fresh green beans, cut up π₯
1 1β2 pounds of potatoes (Yukon red or gold), halved or sliced β2
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled π₯
1 pack ranch seasoning mix πΏ
3 tablespoons of melted butter be
2 minced garlic cloves ail
Salt and pepper to taste Sel
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) πΏ
Instructions :
Cook the potatoes:
In a large pot, boil the salt water. Add potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender when sliced. Drain and set aside. π₯π§
Cook the green beans :
In the same pot, boil water and cook the green beans for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside. π₯
Cook the bacon:
While the vegetables are cooking, fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove the bacon and shred it Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet. π₯π₯
Making Ranch Butter:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning and minced garlic. π§π§πΏ
Combine them all:
In the skillet with the bacon grease reserved, toss in the baked potatoes, green beans and crumbled bacon. Pour the butter ranch mixture over everything and gently toss to coat. π₯π₯π₯
Servir :
Season with salt and black pepper to taste Top with fresh parsley and serve hot. πΏπ½οΈ
