OMG DON’T LOSE THIS RECIPE! This copycat LongHorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is loaded with juicy grilled chicken, smothered in a rich, cheesy Parmesan crust, just like the fan-favorite dish from the restaurant. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or when you’re craving something indulgent at home!

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Parmesan Crust:
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded provolone cheese
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
For the Chicken:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Prepare for the oven: Transfer the cooked chicken breasts to a baking dish and set aside.
For the Parmesan Crust:
Make the crust: In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
Top the chicken: Spoon the Parmesan crust mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Broil: Place the chicken under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve:
Serve the Parmesan chicken hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or garlic bread.
Helpful Tips:
You can marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for extra flavor before cooking.
For an extra crispy crust, increase the panko breadcrumbs and broil a bit longer (watch closely to avoid burning).
