Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
2 Tbsps melted butter
2 Tbsps lemon juice
kosher salt, pepper
1 tsp garlic powder minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 salmon fillets (approx 4 oz each)
1/2 pound asparagus
Optional: lemon slices
Instructions
Whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Remove half of this mixture and set aside for a dipping sauce.
Brush the remaining lemon garlic butter over the salmon and asparagus.
Place the salmon fillets skin side down in the air fryer (optional to top with lemon slices) and set it to 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
Add the asparagus to the air fryer with the salmon and cook for 9 more minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve the salmon and asparagus with the remaining lemon garlic butter.
