👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Preparing Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, and dried herbs.
Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Step 2:
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle it with olive oil.

Sear the steaks for about 4 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned. Transfer them to a plate and set them aside.
Step 3:
6. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and sauté for about 6 minutes until they are browned.

Push the potatoes to one side of the pan and return the seared steaks to the other side of the pan.
Step 4:
8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 21 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender and the steaks are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Step 5:
9. Immediately after removing from the oven, place a dollop of the garlic butter on each steak and the remaining butter on the potatoes. Allow it to melt over the food.

Now it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
