Ingredients:
• 3 lb beef brisket
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Rub brisket with spice mix. Wrap in foil.
2. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for 4–5 hours. Rest, slice thin.
