Ingredients

• 2 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)

• 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 3 tbsp butter

• 4 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

• Salt & black pepper, to taste

• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Sear the Steak:

• Season steaks with salt and pepper.

• Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

• Sear steaks for 3-4 mins per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the Shrimp:

• In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic.

• Sauté shrimp for 1-2 mins per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

• Lower heat and add remaining butter to the skillet.

• Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

• Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.

4. Combine & Serve:

• Return steaks and shrimp to the skillet.

• Spoon the creamy sauce over everything.

• Garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
