Stacked Cheeseburger Tower

This towering cheeseburger stack is packed with juicy beef patties and gooey melted cheese — the ultimate indulgence for any burger lover!

Ingredients:

Burger Patties:

2 lbs ground beef (80% lean for juicy patties)

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 slices cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)

Burger Buns:

2 large brioche or sesame burger buns (bottom bun and top bun)

Optional Toppings:

Sliced pickles

Ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce

Grilled onions

Instructions:

Prepare the Patties:

Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions (about 1/4 lb each) and shape each into a thin patty, slightly larger than the burger bun.

Season both sides of each patty generously with salt and pepper.

Cook the Patties:

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add patties in batches (if necessary) and cook for 2–3 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms.

Flip each patty and immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Stack:

Place one patty on the bottom bun, then layer additional patties one on top of the other, creating a stack. Add as many patties as desired for your ultimate burger experience!

Add your preferred condiments (ketchup, mustard, burger sauce) or toppings between layers if desired.

Top and Serve:

Place the top bun on the stack and insert a long skewer to hold everything together.

Serve immediately and enjoy this epic burger tower!

Notes:

Customize: Feel free to add lettuce, tomato, or bacon between layers if desired.

Serving Suggestion: Pair with crispy fries or onion rings for a classic burger experience.
