Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Onion Slaw

Description: Grilled shrimp wrapped in soft tortillas, topped with crunchy onion-cabbage slaw and chili mayo.

Ingredients:
• 300g shrimp
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1/4 cup mayo + 1 tsp hot sauce
• 4 tortillas

Instructions:
1. Marinate shrimp with oil and chili powder.
2. Grill shrimp 2 mins per side.
3. Mix onion, cabbage, vinegar for slaw.
4. Assemble tacos with shrimp, slaw, and spicy mayo.
