Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

Description:
Juicy shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and white wine, tossed with linguine — a fast and flavorful American Italian classic.

Ingredients:
• 400g large shrimp (peeled)
• 250g linguine
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp parsley
• Salt, pepper, lemon

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta, reserve 1/4 cup water.
2. Sauté garlic in oil and butter. Add shrimp, cook 2–3 mins.
3. Add wine, parsley, lemon, toss with pasta and reserved water.
