Ingredients :

1 can refried beans/ ground beef

250 ml de crème sure

250 ml de salsa

250 ml of grated cheddar

250 ml of grated lettuce

125 ml of diced tomatoes

125 ml of sliced black olives

60 ml of chopped green onions

125 ml of molded cumin

125 ml de poudre d’ail

Salt and black pepper to taste

Tortilla chips (to serve)

Instructions :

Preparing the floors:

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with ground cumin, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Salad preparation:

Distribute evenly the refried beans/minced beef in the bottom of a 23 x 33 cm plate or a similar-sized serving plate.

Next, the refried beans with seasoned sour cream.

Spread the salsa on the sour cream

Shredded cheddar salsa evenly.

Add grated lettuce in a evenly layer over the cheese.
