INGREDIENTS:

– 2 salmon fillets
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Parmesan cheese, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until it wilts.
