Philly Cheesesteak

Description:
Thinly sliced ribeye beef grilled with onions and peppers, stuffed into a hoagie roll, and topped with melted provolone.

Ingredients:
• 300g ribeye, sliced thin
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 4 hoagie rolls
• 4 slices provolone
• Butter, salt, pepper

Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and pepper. Remove.
2. Cook beef until browned, return veg.
3. Load into rolls, top with cheese. Toast until melted.
