Description:
A moist, tender meatloaf topped with hearty onion gravy — an American family favorite.
Ingredients:
• 500g ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Gravy:
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1.5 cups beef stock
Instructions:
1. Mix meatloaf ingredients and bake at 180°C for 50 mins.
2. Cook onion in butter, add flour and stock to make gravy.
3. Slice loaf and serve with gravy.
