Ingredients:
• 1½ lb lamb shoulder, cubed
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cumin
• 1 cup chicken broth
• ½ cup dried apricots
• ¼ cup almonds
• 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. Brown lamb. Add onion, spices.
2. Stir in broth, cover, simmer 1 hour.
3. Add apricots, honey, almonds. Simmer 20 mins.
