Ingredients:
• 4 lamb sausages
• 3 potatoes, peeled
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/4 cup milk
• Salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Boil potatoes. Sauté onion until soft.
2. Mash potatoes with butter, milk, and onion.
3. Grill or pan-fry sausages until browned. Serve together.
