Korean Beef Bulgogi

Description:
Thinly sliced marinated beef, grilled or pan-fried — sweet, savory, and packed with umami.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ribeye, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 green onion

Instructions:
1. Marinate beef 1 hour or overnight.
2. Stir-fry or grill 2–3 mins per side.
3. Serve with rice and kimchi.
