Jerk Shrimp Fettuccine

Ingredients
Fettuccine pasta
Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Jerk seasoning
Olive oil
Garlic, minced
Bell peppers, sliced
Onion, chopped
Cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Salt
Pepper

Directions
1. Start by cooking the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Once it’s done, drain it and set aside while you get everything else ready.
2. Warm up a large skillet over medium heat, then drizzle in a bit of olive oil.
3. Toss in your chopped onions and bell peppers, and sauté them until they’re nice and soft.
4. Sprinkle in the minced garlic and jerk seasoning, letting the flavors mingle for about 1-2 minutes.
5. Add your shrimp to the skillet, cooking them until they turn pink and are cooked through.
6. Now bring in the cooked fettuccine, a good splash of lime juice, and a handful of fresh cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well combined.
