Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger, grated (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot, optionally with rice or vegetables.
