1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Beef and Vegetables:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess fat.
Mix the Ingredients:
